Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead the design and development of sustainable, technical-grade packaging solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and validate PET, HDPE, and Tritan containers for our global pharmaceutical and consumer clients.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in rigid packaging design (blow molding, injection molding).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD software, and structural analysis.
- Deep understanding of materials science, resin behaviors (including PCR), and MVTR/OTR barrier optimization.
